2. Semantic Not Keyword
You won't remember what you called it.
- "That thing about focus" should find "attention tunnelling"
- Concept similarity, not string matching
- Embeddings, not grep
3. Surface Without Asking
You won't remember to check.
- Proactive injection of relevant context
- "You discussed this before..."
- Agent that knows your history
4. Survive the Tunnel
The system must work when you're deep in something else.
- No maintenance required during hyperfocus
- No context-switching to use it
- Available when you emerge
Minimum Viable Prosthetic
1. Auto-capture conversations (any LLM logger)
2. Embed them (any embedding model)
3. Query them (any vector DB)
4. Surface in context (any agent/assistant)
The specific tools matter less than the pattern.
What It's Not
